Please reach us at vanpool@vango850.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Van-Go has partnered with RideOn Commuter Services by the Florida Department of Transportation. Up to 3 Emergency Rides are authorized as long as you commute with Van-Go 3 days a week or more. Your emergency ride will be covered for a wide range of reasons - even having to work late unexpectedly.
For more information on RideOn Benefits, visit their website:

If your route's van is due for regularly schedule maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.), a Van-Go associate will schedule a date and time with your vanpool group to pick up the van during your office work hours and have it returned before your scheduled commute home.
If your van requires a more lengthy service, a vehicle of the same or comparable make and model will be provided for uninterrupted commuting until your route's regular vehicle is ready to be returned.
No, it is common for vanpoolers to take advantage of occasional telework days, EDO Fridays (earned day off), or plan to drive their personal vehicle on occasion for offsite work functions, appointments, family obligations, etc.. Simply notify your route's driver/ other vanpool members to alert them of schedule changes.
Van-GO encourages vanpool members to use the vehicle for on-base travel (eateries, gym, and other onsite amenities). We want the vanpool to offer maximum convenience!
